Meet Jim Gillespie

I founded Brey Lending to give Georgia real estate investors a direct conversation about their financing. I want borrowers to understand how I see the property, what concerns me, and what it will take to move a sound deal forward.

My work in real estate and finance shaped a straightforward approach: study the local market, protect the downside, and be clear about the terms. I would rather have an honest discussion early than leave a borrower guessing close to a deadline.

Brey Lending focuses on short term, first position business purpose loans for non-owner-occupied Georgia investment properties. When you bring me a deal, you will speak with someone involved in the lending decision.
